The Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) is a non-stock, non-
profit governance reform organization that envisions a Dream Philippines, where every government institution delivers, and
every citizen participates and prospers. ISA has worked closely
with handpicked national government agencies (NGAs) and local
government units (LGUs) in hopes of achieving socio-economic
breakthroughs through collaboration.
