JOB DESCRIPTION

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data, and reporting on performance, and measuring against set standards.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

• Maintain company quality standards

• Actively participate in internal and client meetings

• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

• Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc.).

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Over 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a BPO setting
  • Proven experience in handling multiple campaigns at the same time
  • A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
