Maintaining of Accounts Payable and Disbursement vouchers, check preparation and release.
Preparing of tax compliant reports e.g. filing of monthly compensation, filing of monthly/quarterly expanded with alphalist, vat filing.
Assisting during year end and special audit
Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry, filing of vouchers and other administrative assistance.
JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
With accounting experience or knowledge in basic accounting principles.
