- B2C Business Team Management
- Establishing business plans and strategies, and executing them effectively
- To achieve goals, assigning all the tasks of Sales/Logistics/Admin to all team members appropriately and supervising them efficiently.
- Profit and Loss Management
- After considering profit and loss for all tasks, establishing and executing plans.
- After analyzing sales and cost, suggesting ways to improve profit and loss.
- Meeting deadlines for all tasks and maintaining a good work attitude.
- Training and leading all team members well.
Management: Sales Representative
- Store Management
- Sales Consultation: Proposing promotion, Listing new products, Handling claim, etc.
- MD Management: Managing product display and actual inventory, etc.
- Sales Performance Management
- Sales Management: Analyzing sales performance and achieving sales plan
- Sales Plan Management: Making sales plan by stores.
- Receive Supply Payment: Collecting account receivables according to payment terms
- Account Receivable Management: Managing account receivables and uncollectible.
Management: Logistics
- Storage Inventory Management
- Inventory Management in Storage: Managing inventory status and turnover
- Audit: Check actual inventory
- Order Management: Confirming order sheet and shipment schedule
- Import Customs Clearance: Preparing and executing import customs clearance
- Delivery Plan: Making delivery plan by store/item.
- Delivery Management: Checking delivery completion by store/item.
Management: Sales Admin
- New Registration Management: Preparing CPR documents and managing FDA system
- Renewal Management: Renewal before the expiration date of the certificate
- Sales Support: Summarizing and analyzing sales, Support for ordering, delivery, and other tasks.
- Support Closing: Supporting the closing management of sales, payment, purchase, cost, and so on.
