JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
- Female
- 4-years college graduate
- With experience
- At least 2 years on inventory duties in manufacturing industry
- Attentive and keen on details and meticulous in preparation of inventory reports and other documents
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedure for manufacturing planning processes to ensure that material needs and requirements are effectively met
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of materials movements as well as monitoring materials
- Knowledgeable in MS office specially excel. Flexible and can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to render overtime as needs arises.
