JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities as a Business Development:
- Strategically define and plan the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
- Develop and maintain a business pipeline through research on leads, develop entrance strategies, and qualify prospects to generate new clients and individual and company profitability.
- Promptly acknowledge and seek out referrals from existing clients
- Prepare and present business proposals, drive negotiations on pricing and contract terms, and convert leads to long-term clients
- Manage existing clients, identify current clients’ challenges, devise and present solutions that add value for the clients, and improve the company’s revenue.
- Coordinate with internal team and stakeholders to increase sales opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Participate in regular business reviews for existing clients.
- Addressing clients concerns and complaints to full resolution
- Devise retention strategies by uncovering business needs, understanding pain points, and positioning as a compelling and sustainable solution for its prospective and existing clients.
- Regularly prepare and carry out business development / sales forecast, present findings, analysis, and proposed solutions to executive management.
- Work closely with internal business unit and leadership teams to build the company’s competitive advantage through its people and their capabilities.
- Regularly meet or exceed monthly gross profit goals and other key performance indicators consistent with role.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to monitor their satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Ability to lead meeting and communicate professionally and positively.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
