EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for GLOBAL MARITIME SOLUTION/Salary: 30,000 – 40,000/SAN ANTONIO VILLAGE, MAKATI

JOB DESCRIPTION

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and glow of information to senior executives.
  • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
