TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN POULTRY INDUSTRY/Salary: 35,000 - 45,000/TAF AVE., MALATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Submit to Sales Division
- Head monthly price proposal for review and approval.
- Submit weekly and Monthly itinerary
- Projects Cash Inflow
- Create, document, implement, review and test necessary processes for sales, marketing and distribution.
- Implement measures to address audit points of the sales and marketing systems. Processes and activities.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives, measures and action plans to realize the sales and marketing objectives of the Company.
- Updates and sends Sales and allocation Forecast
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Veterinary Medicine
- WORK EXPERIENCE: With at least 1 year experience in Poultry Operations
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Computer Literate
- Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
