JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

  • Assist the branch in the monitoring and collection of receivables, cash funds, inventories and to attend to clients’ concern in related to technical functions.
  • Accurately process sales order (by telephone, letter, email or website) as per detailed instruction of assigned field sales representative.
  • Validate customer order in compliance with the approved contract details (contract period, machine model, toner code, pricing details) and approval conditions.
  • Coordinate with other cross-functional units relating to order processing (stock availability, delivery schedules and the likes).
  • Update an accurate sales report based on SAP sales value details and branch weekly report production.
  • Branch coordination for weekly sales production report.

Finished report/s on the given deadline as per instructions of Sales Director.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Office
  • Administration or equivalent
  • Female with pleasing personality, not more than 30 years old
  • Must be hardworking, honest and responsible
  • At least one year working experience
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and with proven ability to work in fast-paced environment
