JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
- The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
- Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by
- Customer Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
- Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall goals/objectives of the company.
- Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- A graduate of at least two (2) year Computer / Electronic courses or any equivalent courses
- Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factor
- Has strong customer service orientation
- Has valid Professional Driver’s license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehicles
- Preferably male ,Dependable , trustworthy and loyal
