JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Responsible for the delivery of books or school materials according to the ordered quantity to the designated addresses as assigned by superior.
- Responsible for pull out of books from schools. Along with the Warehouse Helper.
- Responsible in determining damaged books during pull out within the school premises and to report immediately to Warehouse Supervisor any damages or defects for proper disposition.
- Responsible for the clients (school representative) signature on the Delivery Receipt (DR) or Transmittal Slip (TS) – must complete name, signature and date.
- Assist and to drive iBook Personnel wherever they have agenda outside company vicinity.
- If driving service is not required, shall assist others in books Quality Inspection, Barcoding, Packing, Stockpiling and arrangement.
- Ensured cleanliness of vehicle assigned and other vehicles under logistics.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on all warehouse area of responsibility.
- Does other warehouse related job or as tasked by superior.
- Be responsible in taking care of the products within your jurisdiction. Failure to follow the safety measures and if the products mishandled properly, the employee will be subject for disciplinary sanction with charges depending on its damage/losses.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Male, 20 to 40 years old
- With at least 6 months experienced in related field specifically in a Warehouse working environment.
- Hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, with initiative, flexible, can manage time properly and with good attitude towards work.
- Graduate of any course or vocational course is a big plus.
- Willing to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- With 1 to 2 restriction as a Driver and with basic knowledge in a 4 wheel vehicle is a big plus
