JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Duties:

  • Regularly meet with the writers to develop content ideas.
  • Identifies appropriate ideas and content to be pursued for the publication.
  • Checks the writer’s stories and content for accuracy and approach consistency depending on the levels assigned.
  • Looks for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors, and suggest ways how each piece could be improved.
  • Contributes to the curriculum development process and product marketing content.

  • Book development laws and regulations

 

Qualifications:

  • Female, 25 to 40 years old
  • With at least 2 to 3 years experience as a book editor from other publishing company
  • (For IT Book Editor) Graduate of IT related and Education course.
  • (For Academic Book Editor) Graduate of Education course with Major on specific Subjects applying for (i.e. Math Major for Math books, Science Major for Science book).
  • Preferably with an on-going or finished Masteral and/or Doctorate education, but not a requirement.
  • Team player, hardworking, self-motivated, and requires minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • With good to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
