JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Visiting job sites to gather necessary information about the project and its requirements.
- Analyzing project plans and specifications, understanding the scope of work, and identifying any potential issues or problems.
- Communicating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
- Preparing and presenting detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Analyzing data, performing calculations, and utilizing specialized software programs to develop estimates.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other industry professionals to ensure timely and accurate cost estimates.
- Maintaining detailed records of all estimates, including any revisions or changes made throughout the project.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

- Bs in Civil Engineering
- Fresh Graduate
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to put together a professional presentation
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Amazing analytical and math skills
- Ability to work well on a team

- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Deep knowledge of how processes work
