PRODUCTION/PLANT SUPERVISOR for DISTRIBUTOR OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/MANDAUE, CEBU CITY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed by workers at all times
- Maintaining records on workers’ hours, wages, and other employment data
- Overseeing the development of new technology to improve efficiency or safety in the workplace
- Reviewing production reports and other data to identify potential problems
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- A degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 4 years' of manufacturing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
