JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide clerical and accounting support
- Accurately record financial transactions, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
- Create vouchers and record data for payables and receivables
- Input monthly transactions into the BIR book of accounts and accounting software
- Reconcile accounts promptly
- Compile, evaluate, and summarize account and trend information to create financial reports.
- Handle all BIR/tax transactions and daily cash flow
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-year work experience as a Bookkeeper, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Degree in Accounting Technology, Accounting or related course in Financial Management given they have experience as Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper;
- MS Office Proficiency
- Can start immediately.
- Age exemption : Not more than 35years old and above, no gender preferences
