JOB DESCRIPTION

General Job Description:

  1. Generate sales of various sports and recreational sports surface brands through market research and consultation with Sales Manager and upper management, cold calls and scheduled visits to prospects in assigned segments, making formal E-Sports product (including site visits to completed installations of other clients), developing value added costing requests/quotations and layouts, and presenting prospects/clients with tailor-fit solutions.
  2. Find opportunities for growth; develop sales/market segmentation plan per segment in collaboration with members of the Sales Department, Sales Manager, and upper management; and execute plan effectively.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through periodic checks, meetings, calls, and/or emails (e.g., remind them of what ESports offers, provide support and after sales service).
  4. Build and maintain harmonious strategic relationships with industry partners such as fitness instructors/trainers and wellness centers in order to generate leads, expand network, and strengthen market presence.
  5. Coordinate with client as well as with Customer Service and Support Department and/or Flooring Department regarding which products to use, project plans and dimensions, designs, requirements, costings, samples, technical issues, delivery, installation, and other client needs in order to better customize solutions, to avoid logistical issues, and to provide timely and appropriate after sales

JOB QUALIFICATION

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate
  • Has 3-5 years experience in B2B sales and is familiar with a consultative sales approach
  • Background in sports and recreation is preferred (or at least familiar with sports like athletics, football, swimming etc)
  • Able to prospect and find leads on his own in any given segment
  • Comfortable in making cold calls and finding active leads through cold calls
  • Experience in working with Local Government Units is preferred
  • Strong command of the English language is a must both written and verbal
  • Must be able to absorb and comfortably talk about technical information of our products
  • Some knowledge in the construction process or construction sales is not a must but a plus
  • Must be open to traveling nationwide
  • Must know how to drive a vehicle to do sales calls/attend sales presentations
