JOB DESCRIPTION
- Initiates and drives a user experience strategy (across different digital workplace domains and employee lifecycle stages) that defines the evolution of the workplace from physical to digital.
- Drives the design of user interfaces of digital workplace that is easy, pleasant, memorable, relevant, seamless and interconnected.
- Leads the creation of “Digital Employee Personas” to better represent the various cognitive, behavioral and emotional facets of employees in the context of digital workplace.
- Leads the assessment of current experience in physical workplace to understand blocks and motivations to engagement, productivity, efficiency and general well-being.
- Collaborates with Workplace Domain Managers in developing functional and experiential standards that will guide procurement decisions and deployment of digital workplace enablers.
- Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations specific to a product/ service’s end-to-end ideal user experience and interaction.
- Collaborate with sponsors and with other UX/UI designers in translating high-level and detailed business user requirements (BUR) into design recommendations, in the form of detailed wireframes.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Design, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in Experience Design.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps, as well as design documentation, creation of mock-ups, requirements gathering, and direct stakeholder interaction.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience in using Adobe XD and Figma.
- Experience in preparing and facilitating a usability testing session.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
- Must have above-average requirements analysis and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
