About four years ago, Russ Arvi Bontuyan, with his
expertise and strong background on wood and
painting started doing wood flooring installations
for small and medium sized projects. Later he
established OneRaja Construction and Services in
2017. Today, the company has expanded its
services and caters to decking, tile installation,
special coating painting, plumbing and structural

works. Currently, the company has thirty committed and
dedicated employees comprised of site engineers,
foremen, painters, masons, installers and
carpenters with some that have ten years working
experience in their respective fields.
Our vision is to become a respectable contractor
providing services beyond client’s expectations.
