CLEANERMEN, INC.  is a 100% Filipino Corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at #37 Apo Street, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.  It was registered with Securities & Exchange Commission on September 5, 1989 and its Articles of Incorporation was duly approved on September 24, 1989 under SEC Registry No. 168376.  The Corporations’ primary purpose is to provide all kinds of services, such as janitors, messengerial, utility, maintenance, electrical, painting, motor vehicle operation, pest control and manpower needs of commercial industrial establishments, factories, hotels and private residences in the Philippines.

CLEANERMEN, INC. started its business operations with some two hundred workers and janitors serving industrial establishment in Metro Manila and Luzon area.
