BISMAC began operating in 1954 as a department of Claude Wilson Trading. It was officially incorporated as a separate entity with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 25, 1957 under Registration No. 012913. Claude M. Wilson, Jr. dreamt of providing international brands of office equipment to the Philippine market and his legacy continues today.
BISMAC has its head office in Makati City, branches are strategically situated in Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao and Cagayan de Oro. Dealers are appointed in smaller centers to penetrate areas not within the general coverage of the branches.
