Restaurant Finance Manager (Proficient in English and fluent in Chinese)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining internal controls, effective accounting systems, and policies.
- Collaborate with the financial team to ensure all invoices are properly controlled, procedures are followed, and all relevant information is received.
- Responsible for verifying all accounts payable records.
- Regularly audit funds to ensure they are in place. All checks and other expenditures will receive appropriate funding.
- Ensure that the recording, classification, and summary of financial transactions comply with local accounting principles and group accounting policies.
- Ensure timely submission of relevant reports to the tax bureau.
- Perform project cost forecasting and budgeting, track and monitor costs.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proficient in English and fluent in Chinese.
- Familiar with Philippine tax laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Three or more years of accounting and financial management experience.
- Proficient in using financial systems and/or accounting software.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Possess good leadership skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Work with precision and attention to detail.
