JOB DESCRIPTION
- Data entry and production of financial reports using codes for calculations in Microsoft Excel
- Running and maintaining the CRM platorm, Insightly, and producing reports as needed
- Strong online research skills to fifind new clients, property developers, landowners, and investor
- Use of basic design programs to produce marketing emails with images to be used in email marketing to our databases and CRM
- Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes
- Some cold calling as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong online research skills
- Basic design skills
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
