JOB DESCRIPTION
- Helping to create and generate reports.
- Helping to build and create beautifully designed presentations packs based on content provided.
- Helping with monthly reporting to the different business functions (pull out data, data entry, and summarize date)
- To help with research
- To help with document formatting
- To help with document filing/storage and labelling
- Help book appointments externally.
- Help set reminders.
- To identify and help with efficiencies for team and admin management.
- Help with data entry and set up of Monday tool (automated workflflow where we manage our work across the team)
- To help set up Calendly
- To proofread documents/emails through Grammarly
- To help fifile and clean up/out emails.
