RECRUITMENT
Source, screen, and interview applicants.
Utilize different recruitment channels to attract applicants.
On-time recruitment of qualified workers to start projects on time.
Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Ensure pre-employment requirement compliance, such as submittion of Medical Exam, NBI, Valid IDs, etc., and conduct of Background Investigation.
Prepare contracts and issuance of PPEs
Attend Job Fairs & other recruitment events, and partnership.
PAYROLL
Check daily attendance records of employees/workers accross all projects and offices.
Regular updating and monitoring of employees/workers shift or work schedules.
Prepare timekeeping report as basis of the payroll computation
Safekeep and regular update of employees 201 files
Report irregularities.
OTHERS
Coordinate with accounting details of newly hired employees/workers, i.e. SSS, PhilHealth, Pagibig, TIN, etc., and Payroll Bank Account Number.
Coordinate with accounting all separated employees/workers on a regular basis.
Monitor and updating of employees/workers contracts
Graduate of Business Administration, or BS Psychology, or any related courses.
With two (2) to three (3) years of experience handling different facets in Human Resources, preferably from a Construction Company or Supply Chain Management.
Knowledgeable in the following areas of Human Resources: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping and Payroll, 201 and Contracts Management.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
