Source and prospect new clients. Attend to inquiries.
Inspect, Scope, Photograph, and estimate project costs.
Attend to construction bids. Submit quotation, change order, and other accreditation documents.
Drives Sales Growth:
- Achieve target commercial calls per month within the assigned territory through cold callings, networking, referrals, and cleint relationship building
- Get construction leads. Do lead generation strategies.
- Attend trade events
Monitor the status of all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients
Maintain Sales Quota per quarter, per year.
Graduate of Business Administration, or Engineering Courses, or any related four-year courses.
With at least three (3) years of work experience in construction, chemicals, equipment, and tools selling. Experience in Architectural projects is preferred.
Familiar with architechtural specifications and construction design elements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to drive motorbikes or cars is an advantage. (With appropriate driver's license)
Can work with minimal supervision and with good values.
