JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Perform in depth research and gathering materials for creating visual and audiovisual materials for advertising, marketing and company materials which are but not necessarily limited to newsletters, flyers, fact sheets, presentations and templates.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team in creating and executing campaigns or activities.
- Assist the tech team in creating themes and materials for company related events and activities.
- Conduct research on different techniques, latest tools and design trends.
- Assist in ideating and creating design systems for solution briefs

- Presentation decks

- Brochures, whitepapers, reports

- Design systems and use cases
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience doing graphic design, 1-2 years experience in multimedia design. Preferably with a background working with tech-related content.
- Comprehensive portfolio showing previous works.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Basic copywriting skills is a plus
- Able to work on mid to long-term projects involving team members outside the sales and marketing department.
- Strong familiarity with copyright restrictions, digital image licensing and other intellectual property issues.
- Knowledgeable about:
- Social media posting, google ads and website design
- Basic UX/UI
- Branding and design principles
- Video editing and basic animation
- Proficient in the use of Figma and Adobe CC programs, particularly:
- Illustration,
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Premier Pro
- After Effects
- XD
