Responsibilities:
· Administration support to sales team
· Sales data entry
· Internal emails
· Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and various systems
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
· Manage and plot the schedule of store staff including rest day, assign reliever and monitoring of manpower and attendance in a daily basis
