Online Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage localization initiatives for digital given demand in order to expand digital communication quickly. 
  • Spearhead e-commerce business - online marketing, increase visits, and its operations.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets of all e-commerce platforms during campaigns & BAU executions.
  • Monitoring Market trends and providing regular competitor feedback, key accounts analysis and presentations to trade
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell, cross-sell potential & brand partnerships
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of online Key Accounts
  • Coordinating pre-campaign preparations and post-sales follow up
  • In-charge of planning, implementation and execution of mobile contents for web-based collaterals.
  • Spearhead all digital SEO/SEM marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Performance assessment and monitoring of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with landing pages and user funnels optimization 
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the newest online marketing and assessment patterns and best practices. 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
