Intercare is looking for a Finance Assistant that can perform essential tasks, including but not limited to the following:

• Consolidates and organizes sales data
• Gathers feedback/information that affects the financial performance of the clinic and other sources of revenues and expenses
• Ensures timely submission and error-free reports
• Checks liquidations, reimbursements, and petty cash replenishments
• Assists in the conceptualization, development or improvement of defined business activities with clear financial implications, which includes talking to certain individuals within or outside the company

• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• Preferably with 1 year experience in accounting, finance, or sales operations
• New graduates with good scholastic record may be considered
• High analytical skills
• Capable of organizing multiple data and defining work priorities with minimal supervision
• Confident and with good interpersonal skills
• Can effectively multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to work on extended period of time and do field work whenever necessary
• Proficient in MS Office applications most especially MS Excel
