Intercare is looking for an Accounting Manager that can perform essential tasks, including but not limited to the following:

• Ensures that policies and practices on accounting matters are properly implemented.
• Creates and executes internal authority over accounting processes such as payroll, commissions, inventory, billing, and collections.
• Ensures commission statements and salary payments are computed correctly.
• Oversees and determines department work to yield more effective procedures and utilization of resources while keeping a high accuracy level.
• Helps in generating and implementing new accounting procedures and features to improve the workflow of the department.
• Provides assistance in the daily banking requirements, as well as performing monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities on time and accurately.

• Certified Public Accountant
• At least 5 years combined working experience in Accounting and Managerial level
• Exceptional knowledge of taxation rulings i.e. Corporate Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and business taxes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting, and management principles.
• Preeminent math skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
• High level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
