JOB DESCRIPTION
- Timekeeping of employees’ login details
- Updating
- HR databases (Masterfile, HR Calendars, Leave Monitoring)Performs a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks
- Posting job advertisements
- End-to-end recruitment process
- Conducts training (New Employees Orientation, training modules assigned)
- Documentation of employee movement
- Helps the executive in creating HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR Projects (HR events, meetings, and outsourcing training)
- Prepares HR weekly reports
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- Will be assigned for OSH Certification training
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course, or certified Nurse
- Proven work experience as an HR professional
- Strong experience in managing both up and down the chain of command
