JOB DESCRIPTION

CSR Outbound Caller will be responsible for proactive connecting with potential clients and other external individual parties via email messaging, outbound and/ or inbound phone calls related to:

  • Scheduling of meeting appointments (face-to-face / telecon / virtual)
  • Conduct Phone Surveys
  • Discuss marketing campaign programs and/or activities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all outside 3rd parties (ie prospects, clients, job candidates, suppliers, etc.) have a positive experience in their dealing with Wellness PRO Inc. 
  • Declare and document booked appointments with complete details on regular basis as specified by department guidelines or as required by supervisor9
  • Keep detailed log of inbound / outbound calls – including successful / unsuccessful ones.
  • Escalate to supervisor all adverse events - as it develops, outside scope of adverse events for which person has been empowered to handle.
  • To do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course in college
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written and Strong phone contact handling skills
  • With at least 1 year related working experience as Customer Service Specialist
  • Good interpersonal and Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
