AUDIT ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Makes table of audit of purchases (PO), payables, disbursements and cash receipts.
- Validation of Construction-in-Progress, Scrap Sales/Disposals, Gas Issuance, Receiving Reports (RR), and cycle-test-count of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), WIP and Finished Goods (FG)
- Perform Operations and Performance Audit of Actual Production Output.
- Perform Financial Audit and Variance Analysis of significant accounts.
- Perform Compliance-test Audit of key areas of operations.
- Prepare Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on areas not yet covered by SOP.
- Request for Cash Advance, Plane Tickets and liquidation thereof.
- Prepare Audit forms: Cash Count Sheets, Inventory Counts Sheets, Confirmation Letters, Letter of Engagement, Authorization Letter, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any finance-related course
- With or without experience;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Organize, keen to details, with strong analytical and numerical skills
