JOB DESCRIPTION
General Responsibilities
- Assist in complying with customer requirements eg supplier accreditation
- Assist in preparing and submitting customer documents eg Invoices, ORs
- Assist in maintaining updated information on CRM database
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals and customer collaterals
- Ability to meet deadlines on tasks assigned.
- Assist in securing appointment schedules with customers
- Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, colleagues, and clients.
- All other relevant responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must-have
- Preferably have experience on Tech Company experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- College degree; BS degree in Marketing or Information Technology or equivalent
