AR Specialist shall be responsible in daily accounts receivable activities of Accounting Department. You shall ensure the recording, accounting and analyses of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable, including but not limited to monitoring of processed billing and collections are in accordance with the strict implementation of internal controls among others. 

AR Specialist is responsible in the billing processing of the client assigned to him/her, for services rendered and ensures its timely collection. The AR Specialist is responsible of generating invoices and ensures that it is received by the clients on the scheduled or agreed date and time.

Basic Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or any other courses relevant to the Job. With good scholastic records.
• With good working knowledge and proficient in computer programs/applications – MS Office, Word, Excel. Powerpoint. Quickbooks, SAP or in-placed Accounting System, but not required
