AP Specialist shall be responsible in daily accounts payable activities of Accounting Department. You shall be assigned in the recording, accounting and analyses of all financial transactions related to accounts payable, including but not limited to processing of check vouchers and online payments, ensuring that’s in accordance with strict implementation of internal controls.

AP Specialist is responsible for that the assigned client’s payables and cash disbursement policies and procedures are strictly implemented. AP Specialist is responsible to ensure that the assigned client’s payable and other expenses are paid timely.

AP Specialist shall ensure that all expense and disbursement matter of the client assigned are accounted and posted in the accounting system on the proper period, on time and correctly. 

Basic Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or any other courses relevant to the Job. With good scholastic records.
• With good working knowledge and proficient in computer programs/applications – MS Office, Word, Excel. Powerpoint, Quickbooks, SAP or in-placed Accounting System
