1. At least one year of experience in labor Relations and compliance.
2. At least one year of experience managing compensation and benefits program
3. At least 3 years of experience working in the human resources field.
4. With a high level of customer service skills.
Providing advice, guidance and support to line managers in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as management of poor performance, absenteeism, sick leave and disciplinary cases. Completing documentation for purposes of capturing employee movements across the operation.
