JOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:
- Ensures 100% achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned to the team based on timelines as specified by the Principal.
- Evaluates, monitors, and validates the quality of work of the team and offers support and guidance aimed at achieving operational excellence.
- Identifies operational problems and offers viable solutions to improve team’s productivity and achieve corporate objectives.
- Provides training, coaching and development to all team members in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudinal development.
- Ensures proper implementation of promotional plans and programs to achieve equity and brand
image objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration graduates or any related field
- With a minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (experience in pharmaceutical industry is required)
- Managerial experience is a must

- Experience managing a high-performance sales team

- Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager

- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

- Strong communication and team management skills

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Availability to travel as needed
