- Ensures team’s attainment of KPIs.
- Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.
- Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability.
- Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
- Conducts on-the-job learning with Territory Manager on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration graduates or any related field
- With at least 1 year of Sales experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
- With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Proven sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to travel as needed
