JOB DESCRIPTION
Job description:
- Post and Maintain Cash Disbursement book in the database (Daily basis)
- Post and Maintain Cash Receipt book in thedatabase (Daily basis)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Daily update of AR Monitoring (Daily Basis)
- BIR Compliance monthly quarterly, yearly
- Additional task will be given from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Fresh Graduate/ 1 year of working experience in the related field is advantageous for this position
- Has experience in handling taxation, BIR book of accounts, BIR compliances and BIR transactions
- Attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented
