JOB DESCRIPTION

The Liaison Officer/Tracker will be responsible in ensuring the timely endorsement of titling dockets for the release of main deliverables, (i.e., Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)/Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT), Stock Certificate, and Tax Declaration (TD) under Buyer’s name, etc.) while maintaining good working relationship with government contact persons. It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, and participate in all process and system advancements relative to his/her task.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or Office Administration Course
  • Proven work experience as a Liaison or similar role
  • Willingness and ability to do fieldwork, perform multiple tasking and maintain confidentiality
  • Adept in MS Word and Email Applications

As such, it had forged a partnership with a leading IT recruitment and placement company catering to global businesses.
