JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records
- Ensures that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates
- Addresses and resolves employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions
- Manages and administers mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Processes employee contributions and facilitates timely remittance to relevant government agencies
- Responsible in processing of government-mandated benefits and other related services
- Recommend initiatives, changes and improvements in payroll administration
JOB QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human Recourse, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience in Payroll/HR;
- Knowledgeable in th Philippine Government Statutory regulations, such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHIC
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Has advance skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
