JOB DESCRIPTION
- The position in mainly responsible for generation of sales, collection of revenues development and retention of customers of the Company's coating, unsaturated polyester and other related polymers and resins in his/her assigned area
- Recommends revision of sales plan and executes the revised sales plan to recover missed sales volume target
- Provides the product application group with customers product using either Company's or competitor's product
- Highly organized and has effective time management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (oral and written)
- Sufficient understanding of the various market forces that affect the supply and demand of the industries served
- Familiarity with the whole supply chain within the Company and with the outsourced suppliers
- Requires regular fieldwork to customers and suppliers and occasional travel to out of town/country clients
- Must be in good physical health; no asthma and allergies to chemicals
- Can start asap
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
