JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptualizing and executing events
- Compilation and preparation of Budget Request Forms and Liquidation
- Design layouts for flyers, brochures and other marketing collaterals
- Prepares quarterly of Marketing Expenses and Inventory of Giveaways and Supplies
- Handling company supplies for Sales and Technical Group (consolidation of requests, distribution and Inventory)
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Marketing or any related courses
- Excellent writing, copy writing and editing skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge on Corel Photo paint
- Good communication skills
- Well organized and has the ability to Multi task
- Has knowledge on event organizing
- Pro active and with initiative
- Can work well in a team-Courteous and sociable in dealing with clients and partners
