JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee correct and proper job postings and all HR- related ad collaterals.
  • Create Job Description, Job Offer, Contracts, Regularization Letter, Memos related to HR concerns, Promotion Letter, Disciplinary Actions, Recommendation Letter, Termination Letter, and such
  • Endorse filtered and qualified applicants to the CEO for consideration
  • Conduct interview via online or face to face (whichever is applicable)
  • Conduct training and research to share to all employees
  • Ensures employee engagement and culture building of the company
  • Coordinate with DOLE regarding employee status and any ensure that the company is aligned with all of its mandated guidelines
  • Ensure that compensation and benefits of employees are competitive and aligned
  • Advise the management any updates and make sure company is aligned with all labor laws
  • Process end- to- end onboarding and off- boarding of an employee
  • Align, update, and enhance company policies and guidelines thru a company handbook, memo, addendum, contract, or any applicable written document
  • Facilitate general meeting, monthly activities or event with employees
  • Actively propose and implement any recommendation or suggestion to help meet quality of the department including but not limited to employee salaries, compensation, and benefits, policies, culture- building, and procedures
  • Act as a bridge between employees and the company and ensure that the core values of the company (passion, integrity, excellence, innovation, and discipline) are being practiced to help meet company standards and harmonious relationship within the organization
  • Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual department report for alignment
  • Handles all grievances, memos and disciplinary action
  • Act as the point of contact for the HMO

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in HRDM, Psychology, or any related course
  • 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, employee and labor relation, etc.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Great people skills and professional attitude
  • Excellent computer skills and data keeping skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Industry is a plus
