JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Description
We are looking for a resilient, analytical, digital focused professional to join us to build and grow our customer base. You will be working closely with the Sales Team to implement the growth strategies for customer acquisition. You will work in a fast-paced environment thus requiring the agility and necessary mindset, to adapt and adjust the customer acquisition strategy as needed.
What you will do:
- Research and prospect new contacts for customer acquisition
- Update existing Contact database with new contacts and establish new leads for categories of clients we are targeting.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and improve leads qualification process
- Interact with prospects using emailing and cold calling methodologies and/or other creative approaches to uncover their pain points, explain Brainstrong/CyberGyms value proposition, identify potential opportunities and generate interest, create clear measurable objectives for daily/weekly targets.
- Using creative ways to understand the business needs or problems of prospects
- Build an understanding of the different stakeholders in the prospect’s business
- Keep abreast with the emerging trends and technologies in the Cyber Security market.
- Influencing core product features for driving customer acquisition & retention
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- Possess at least 4 years of experience in Technical Sales; working experience in customer acquisition is a plus
- Comfortable with numbers/metrics and driving customer sales
- Strong attention to details.
- Self-starter, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks allocated.
- Good command of written and communication in English and Tagalog
- Highly self-driven and disciplined with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast paced and growth-focused company
- Work well under pressure and ambiguity. Possess good attitude towards learning and improving
- Good time management, able to work with minimal supervision
- Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of Computer Network Architecture and products
- Sales Experience with IT departments and clients
- Background in Technical Sales (Computer Networks, IT deployments)
- Knowledge of Network switches, firewalls, routers (LAN/WAN products).
- Understanding of Sales Process (from Discovery to Closure-Order).
