JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration, ideal accounts receivable management within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively implementing sales objectives and strategies to sell the company's products and services.

 

  1. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  2. Maintains excellent customer service to existing accounts by constant communication pertaining to concerns, feedback system to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
  4. Attend to sales enquiries and prepare sales quotations
  5. Conduct product presentations for existing and potential clients
  6. Participate in project listing in preparation for sales forecasting.
  7. Attend to territorial assignment ensuring efficient, consistent coverage, visitation of target customers to achieve sales and collection targets as well as to build long-term business relationships.
  8. Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
  9. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  10. Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
  11. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  13. Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  15. Prepare reporting as needed
  16. Follow Sanden Cold Chain System policy, rules and regulations

Under the Sanden Retail Systems Corporation (SDRS) of Japan, SCP was incorporated last August 2019.

Initially, as part of Sanden Philippines, SCP, in 2014, started to help in improving the lives of the Filipinos by launching the “Sanden Cold Chain System” where solutions are provided from the farm, food depot to delivery, retails stores, and restaurants. This is an end to end food quality of keeping everything fresh.
