JGC Philippines, Inc. (JPHIL) is hiring a Lead Engineer with current and/or previous work experience as Project Manager, or Engineering Manager, preferably with extensive exposure  in project life cycle of project management.

• Will be leading and managing an execution of various size and type projects in the field of thermal power generation (gas to power, biomass power, geothermal power including co-generation) for both industrial and utility domain.
• Will be handling several phases of projects such as business development, feasibility study, bid preparation, FEED and EPC.
• Will be working with Engineering Disciplines to optimize design and coordinate internal and external design interfaces to satisfy clients requirements.
• Will be responsible for overall project performance such as managing project budget, schedule and engineering quality.

*Candidate must possess a degree of either B.S. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

*Must have a good knowledge of thermal power generation industry standards / customs specially in Asia-Pacific region and familiar with them.

*Must have in-depth knowledge of thermal power generation plant configuration, main equipment selection, key operating parameters determination, and guarantee values evaluation.

*With at least 10 years of working experience as a project manager or engineering manager or construction manager or operation & maintenance manager in the field of thermal power generation or renewable energy project.
