JOB DESCRIPTION

-Incharge of processing of Government Mandatories ( SSS,PHIC and PAG IBIG)

- Monitoring of attendance, leave credits and balances  of the employees

- Check the lates, absences,night diffrentials and loans of the employees.

- Updates the 201 files employees.

- Monitoring of the Employees contracts  (Trainee, Probationary and Regularization)

- Filing and encoding  of NTE/ IR of the employees to the excel file.

JOB QUALIFICATION

-Must be graduate of Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.

- Have experience atleast 2-3 years in HR practices and principles.

- Willing to work in Makati City
