JOB DESCRIPTION

Patient Care Coordinator is an entry level position in a Back Office located in BGC, Taguig. Main responsibilities are to coordinate and maintain liaison relationship with Parent Company based in the U.S. in relation to patient referrals and other home health and hospice services. They are also tasked to provide customer-support in using electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (License is not required but an advantage). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong English communication, telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS office operations and the internet.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
